Erik has over 18 years of experience in project and team management with a specialty in marketing, advertising and business systems. Early on in his career, Erik spent five years in the financial industry specializing in real estate lending, small business investments and client banking. He has managed teams as large as 200+ employees in the health and fitness industry and, along the way, became a founding partner of his own fitness club franchise.
Erik attended the University of Florida and has his real estate license since 2011. Erik focuses on the daily operations of Ironridge’s portfolio and manages the on-site and professional management staff. He also heads up all capital improvement projects and remodels. Erik believes that the best results come from relentless teamwork, dogged work ethic, communication and attention to the needs of customers.
