By signing up for and using Ironridge Capital’s SMS service, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text (SMS and MMS) messages from Ironridge Capital, including but not limited to reservation confirmations, reminders, updates, and promotional offers. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided when signing up, or any other number you designate. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary.
2. Program Description
By opting into our SMS service, you agree to receive messages related to reservation confirmations, promotional offers, and updates about Ironridge Capital’s services. You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from Ironridge Capital. To rejoin, simply sign up again, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. User Eligibility

4. Carriers and Message Delivery

5. Cancellation
To unsubscribe from receiving messages, text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to the shortcode. After submitting one of these commands, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Ironridge Capital. Please note that requests without the required keywords may not be processed. Ironridge Capital and its service providers are not liable for failing to process requests submitted without the necessary keywords.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
